Meet the coach:
As a player, I wasn’t naturally fast, strong, or big.
However, I knew God gave me a passion for baseball and wanted to give Him my best effort.
So, I researched and applied the best methods for baseball performance and went from 170 lbs to 200 lbs, dropped my 60 from a 7.5 to 6.8, and hit for more power.
I was able to become a completely different player due to my physical development. I ultimately earned a scholarship and played the game I love for 4 years in college.
I was able to make huge improvements because I worked at it with All My Heart.
I'm now an Exercise Science grad, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Doctor of Physical Therapy student.
